Rachael Podolsky

Founder and Executive Director

Rachael Podolsky is the Founder and Executive Director of kidServe Global (formerly Seattle). Rachael came up with the idea for kidServe from her desire to teach her own children the value of volunteerism. Rachael has always volunteered and has a passion for the Ronald McDonald House, Overlake Service League and the Arthritis Foundation. Following college, Rachael entered the project management field in the area of construction for 12 years. Following her heart, she shifted gears after serving on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation in San Francisco and began working as a Development Director at a small private school in Menlo Park, CA.

Rachael founded kidServe in 2009 and has been running it locally with much success.  In 2010 planning began to expand kidServe into several markets across North America.  Plans are underway for sites servicing Dallas, Chicago and Denver with more in the works.

Rachael lives in Seattle with her husband and 3 elementary aged children.
